Returns Period 
If you wish to return all or part of your order you must Contact Us within 30 days of delivery and we will give you a returns number and full instructions on how to return unwanted items using our returns address. 
All returned items must be in a saleable condition, unused in their original undamaged packaging with any hygiene seals, tags and security seals still in tact. 
Non-Returnable Items 
Personalised items and gift certificates/vouchers are non-returnable. Items that have been opened and/or used are NOT eligible for return. 
Faulty Items 
If your item develops a fault within 30 days please Contact Us for an exchange or store credit, and we will assist you accordingly. 
Processing Returns 
We aim to process returns within 30 days of receiving returned items from you. 
Any Refund must be refunded back to the original payment source and usually takes around 5 working days. Refunds on a partial order return will not include any delivery charge paid. 
During the returns process you will have the option to change your item for an alternative, for example a different colour. We will dispatch the replacement item once we receive the original return unused and unopened with all packaging in tact.
